Ira Harkavy is colligate vice president and founding full of yourself of the Barbara and Prince Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Penn.
As director of the Netter Center since 1992, he has helped to develop academically homegrown community service courses and participatory action research projects that subsume creating university-community partnerships and university-assisted community schools in Penn's neighbourhood community of West Philadelphia.
